Description
This rock wool growing cube measures 100×100×65mm and features an integrated ring-shaped water groove on the top surface. Designed for short-cycle, high-density fruit and vegetable production such as cluster tomatoes, mini cucumbers, and strawberries. The 65mm height provides moderate root space, while the ring groove ensures uniform distribution of drip nutrient solution. Suitable for greenhouse rock wool / coir composite systems, supporting one or two plants per cube. An ideal medium for industrial propagation and early establishment.
Application
Propagation and early establishment of cluster tomatoes and cherry tomatoes
High-density planting of mini cucumbers and bell peppers
Strawberry runner propagation and early rooting
Vertical cultivation in plant factories and controlled-environment chambers

Features
Ring-shaped water groove provides uniform water distribution, reducing moisture variation and increasing edge moisture content.
100×100mm top area allows high-density arrangement, saving greenhouse space.
65mm height prevents premature root escape, extending safe seedling growth period within the cube.
Porosity ≥92%, supports high-frequency drip irrigation events per day, promoting healthy roots without rot.
Inorganic fiber product produced at high temperature making initial EC ≤0.3mS/cm, ready to use, reducing damping-off risk during seedling stage.
Compatible with automatic sowing lines and robotic transplanters; cubes can be gripped and transported stably.
