Description
This cubic rock wool growing cube measures 100×100×100mm with an integrated ring-shaped water groove on the top surface. The 100mm height provides 1 liter of root zone volume. Designed for medium-to-long cycle crops such as cucumber, bell pepper, and large-fruited tomato for propagation and transplanting. The ring groove ensures uniform wetting, suitable for longer nursery periods (6–8 weeks) or grafted seedling healing. One or two plants per cube can be grown, significantly extending the safe growing period within the cube and eliminating intermediate transplanting from plug trays to larger pots.
Application
Medium-to-long cycle propagation (6–8 weeks) of cucumber, bell pepper, eggplant, and large-fruited tomato
Grafted seedling production of cucurbits (rootstock/scion healing and acclimation)
Strawberry mother plant multiplication and runner propagation
Rooting of high-value woody flower cuttings such as rose and hydrangea
Transplanting cube directly placed into grow bags or rockwool slabs in greenhouse hydroponic systems
Specialized cube for grafting healing chambers (stable support for grafting clips, maintaining high humidity)

Features
Increased height provides 1 liter root zone volume, supporting seedling growth within the cube for 6–8 weeks, reducing root disturbance and saving labor costs.
Ring-shaped water groove maintains relative humidity within the cube during graft healing, increasing grafting success rate.
Compatible with mainstream automatic grafting machines; cubes are conveyed and positioned accurately on the line.
