Specialty rock fiber panel engineered for highway tunnels, railway tunnels, and subway running tunnel sidewalls and arches. The substrate consists of high-density rock fiber with a surface coated in carbon smoke-resistant, UV-resistant polyurethane or fluorocarbon finish. These panels provide exceptional resistance to long-term corrosion from vehicle exhaust gases (NOx, SOx) and chemical salt mist in tunnel environments.
Designed to withstand repeated positive and negative wind pressure caused by train piston effects, the panels meet stringent tunnel fire safety requirements for Class A non-combustibility and low smoke toxicity. The smooth surface facilitates easy cleaning, allowing direct high-pressure water jet (≤20MPa) cleaning by tunnel washing vehicles without staining or residue buildup.
Lining decoration and protection systems for sidewalls and arches of highway tunnels, urban underpass tunnels, railway tunnels, subway running tunnels, and underground utility tunnels.
